Don't use $2. Many times crew have said that they cannot use them in other countries, as they are assumed to be fake. Also, calling cards aren't a good idea. Crew cannot use them in convenient phones. Crews know where the best deals are for calling cards. If you really want to provide what they want, give cash. They can use it for whatever they want. Other things are not really appreciated.
